Conveniently located along the Strong Republic Nautical Highway, the residential-commercial development is a joint project between Neo-Calapan Realty Corporation and Filipiniana Resorts Development Corporation. It is set to offer housing units in three communities catering to all market segments: Narra Village composed of single detached and duplex units, Molave Village featuring townhouse units, and Acacia Village, currently undergoing land development for affordable row houses.

He scouted for a new place and visited Neo Calapan for the first time in December 2009. What he saw was the ideal address for him and his parents.
